It’s been some time since the iconicSaints of Cartierreceived a new update, the last major one being the release ofSaints 100in 2004 to celebrate 100 years of the first watch created by Louis Cartier back in 1904. 14 years later, there are new additions to the family, the newSaints of Cartierwatch line that was introduced at SIHH in January 2018.

The newSaints of CartierThe watch will be available in several versions. There is one in steel and another in steel and yellow gold reminiscent of vintageSantos Galbee. There’s also a version in rose gold, yellow gold, as well as something called the Skeleton that comes in steel or rose gold versions. And while the watches are similar to their predecessors in terms of features—the square-shaped dial, Roman numeral dials, and eight screws in the Polished bezel—the all-new version is optimized for comfort, with a slight curvature at the back to provide a more ergonomic fit on the wrist.

Powered by an automatic gauge1846 MC(an in-house Cartier movement) resistant to strong magnetic fields, the newSaints of CartierThe clock too n comes with a 42-hour power reserve and is water resistant to 100m, making it a great everyday watch.
